On the morning of Saturday 6th June 2026 at Freemasons’ Hall, the Metropolitan Savage Ritual Demonstration Team conducted an extensively rehearsed and well drilled Exaltation ceremony for eight Brethren, at the request of Shanghai Tuscan Chapter No 1027, brilliantly supported by members of the Chapter who assisted during the ceremony. E Comp Tony Masella, Metropolitan Grand Inspector, attended this special occasion and was delighted to present each new Royal Arch Companion with an Exaltee’s Guide. A unique Gerrard St, Chinese Town buffet lunch was prepared, and a mountain of delicious food was joyfully consumed over an extended period.
There is no truth in the rumour that the members of the demonstration needed to take a well-earned catnap immediately after lunch.
